Kuhl Convoy 45L Bag

I got to try out a very impressive travel bag, provided by Kuhl. Its the Convoy 45L travel bag. Listed price: $190, and you’ll see why its worth it!

I loaded up 3 days worth of gear, including: 3 pair socks, 3 underwear, 3 t shirts, 2 long sleeve shirts, rain coat, trail shoes, puffy jacket, yoga pants, hiking pants, toiletries, first aid kit, I wondered if this load could fit in the 45L interior space?

Turns out, with a few more underwear and socks, this could work nicely for a 5 day trip! Features are: fabric of 10 oz waxed cotton, super durable and with tough metal zippers. This bag could be dragged behind a car for a few miles, and it would just gain character. It has a shoulder strap which disconnects at one end, and fits into its own side pocket. The end pocket has a pouch liner, which extends into the main compartment as it fills with dirty clothes, shoes, or whatever. All the above clothes fit into the pouch pocket. Shown below, the pouch pocket is on the right.

The bag shown is their “Ink Black”, and weighs 2 lbs 14 oz. Also features two internal zipper pockets, and a front snap pocket and end pocket which I didn’t even use for this loadout. Easily sufficient for a 5 day trip. See the Convoy at Kuhl here: Kuhl Convoy 45L bag.
